1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many processors does this Dell PowerEdge R760xs have?
One 12-core Intel Xeon Silver 4510, in a dual-socket chassis. A second processor can therefore be added later, when the workload justifies it.
Does this server keep running if a power supply fails?
Yes: two redundant hot-swappable power supplies — if one fails, the server does not stop, and the faulty unit can be replaced while the machine is running.
What memory and storage does this server come with?
64 GB of registered DDR5 ECC and two 480 GB SSDs, managed by a Dell PERC H755 hardware RAID controller. ECC memory corrects errors on its own, which a PC memory module does not do.
Can this server be managed without going to the server room?
Yes: Dell's iDRAC9 lets you deploy, monitor and troubleshoot remotely, even when the operating system is no longer responding.
