Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can the RAM of the Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9 83DV01HFFE be upgraded?
Yes, up to 32 GB of DDR5-4800. The machine has two SODIMM slots, only one of which is occupied by the original 16 GB module: the second is free. Adding an identical module enables dual-channel, which directly benefits gaming performance.
Is there a free SSD slot left in the Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9?
Yes, the machine supports two M.2 drives and only one is occupied by the 512 GB SSD. Each slot accepts up to 1 TB. Mind the form factor: the installed drive is an M.2 2242, shorter than the usual 2280 — check the length before ordering.
What does the HX in the Core i7-13645HX processor of this Lenovo LOQ mean?
At Intel, the HX suffix denotes the most powerful mobile range, derived from its desktop chips: here 14 cores — 6 performance and 8 efficient — for 20 threads, at up to 4.9 GHz with 24 MB of cache. This is what keeps the processor from holding back the graphics card in games.
What does G-SYNC bring to the display of the Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9?
It synchronises the display's refresh rate with the number of frames produced by the graphics card, which eliminates screen tearing when that number fluctuates. The panel is a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS at 144 Hz, anti-glare, 300 nits, covering 100% of the sRGB colour space.
How good is the RTX 4050 in the Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9?
It is a dedicated RTX 4050 with 6 GB of GDDR6, clocked at 2370 MHz boost and powered at 105 W TGP — a high envelope for this chip, which lets it hold its clock speeds longer than in a slim chassis. At the display's Full HD resolution, it targets smooth gaming at high settings.
What does the Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9 box contain besides the PC?
Besides the 170 W power brick, a Lenovo LOQ wireless RGB mouse is included free with this model — so you can play straight out of the box without buying a peripheral. The keyboard, for its part, is white-backlit and French AZERTY.
Can the Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9 stand up to travel?
It has passed MIL-STD-810H tests covering shock, vibration, dust and temperature — a rare validation on a gaming laptop. The chassis remains PC-ABS plastic, at 2.38 kg and 359.86 × 258.7 mm, plus the 170 W adapter.
Does the Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9 have an RJ45 network port?
Yes, Gigabit Ethernet is built in: in competitive play, a wired connection remains the most stable. Wireless is handled by 2x2 Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. However, there is no card reader or optical drive on this machine.
Is the Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9 equipped for streaming?
It has a 1080p Full HD webcam with an electronic privacy shutter, two array microphones and two 2 W speakers optimised by Nahimic, which spatialises sound through headphones. The panel is also TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certified.
Do you always need to plug in the Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9 charger to play?
Yes: the 170 W Slim Tip power brick supplied is the only way to power both the HX processor and the RTX 4050 at its 105 W TGP together. The 60 Wh battery lets you work or browse unplugged, but not sustain a gaming session at full performance.
Is this Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9 new, and what is its warranty?
Yes, new and sealed, with a 2-year warranty; your invoice serves as proof. Windows 11 Home is preinstalled and activated. Full details are gathered in this PDF document.
