1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many photos does this Instax WIDE film set contain?
20 exposures, in two packs of 10 shots. The packs are loaded one after the other: the camera only takes one at a time.
What size are Instax WIDE prints?
62 × 99 mm for the image area. It is the large Instax format, about twice the width of the mini format — hence the name of the range.
Do you need a chemical to develop these photos?
No: development is automatic, in daylight. The print comes out of the camera and develops on its own, with no handling and no chemical bath.
Is this film suitable for all Instax cameras?
It is a film in Instax WIDE format. Instax mini and Instax SQUARE cameras use different formats: check the one printed on your camera before ordering.
Is this Fujifilm Instax WIDE 20-exposure film new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Fujifilm product, barcode 4547410546705. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it in case a defect is found.
