Three positions, one device
The hinge moves the 11.6-inch screen from one position to another. Open, it is a small laptop with its AZERTY keyboard and touchpad. With the keyboard turned under the screen, it becomes a stand for following a video or a presentation. Folded all the way back, it is held like a tablet: the 1366 x 768 IPS panel responds to your finger to scroll a page or select a passage.

With ChromeOS, you work in the Chrome browser and with online applications: Google Docs, the web versions of Word and Excel, e-learning platforms and video calls with the HD 720p webcam on the front. The Celeron N4500, two cores up to 2.8 GHz, and the 4 GB of LPDDR4X are sized for this use. Files are stored in the 64 GB of eMMC memory or on a microSD card slipped into the built-in reader.
A full day of classes without looking for a socket
The three-cell battery is rated for up to 12 hours. Charging goes through USB-C, with the 45 W adapter included. For the rest, two USB-A ports take a flash drive or a mouse, Wi-Fi 6 handles the connection and a combo jack takes a headset with microphone.
A Chromebook does not install Windows software. Before adopting it, check that the tools required by the school or the company exist in a web version.

No. It runs ChromeOS, Google's operating system: you work in the Chrome browser and with web applications such as Google Docs or the online versions of Word and Excel.
