Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can this HP OmniBook 5 Flip be used as a tablet?
Yes. Its hinge rotates through 360 degrees: the screen folds all the way behind the keyboard and the device can then be used as a tablet. The intermediate tent and stand positions suit a presentation or reading. The panel is multi-touch across its entire surface.
What is the screen resolution?
The screen measures 14 inches diagonally and displays 1920 x 1200 pixels, a 16:10 format that gives a little more usable height than a conventional 16:9 for documents and web pages. It is an IPS panel, protected by edge-to-edge glass, with 300 nits of brightness and 62.5% sRGB coverage.
Can the memory in this convertible be expanded?
No. The 8 GB of LPDDR5-5200 memory is soldered to the motherboard and cannot be upgraded, which is common on slim chassis in this category. Storage, on the other hand, is a 512 GB M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD in a standard form factor, which a technician can replace if needed.
Is this laptop suitable for remote working?
Yes. The HP True Vision Full HD webcam in its micro-edge bezel and the 2K touchscreen cover the needs of video conferencing and note-taking. The Core 5 120U processor has ten cores and twelve threads, up to 5.0 GHz, and handles office work, heavy browsing and online meeting applications with ease.
Is this model energy-efficient?
It carries EPEAT Gold and Energy Star certifications, two labels that assess a device's energy efficiency and environmental impact over its life cycle. The processor belongs to the U series, designed for low power consumption, which limits heat build-up and the load on the fans.
