This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

The 360-degree hinge lets you switch from laptop to tablet, lay it flat on a table or fold it into presentation mode. The touchscreen makes each of these positions usable with your fingers, without a keyboard or mouse.
Can memory be added to this OmniBook 5 Flip Next Gen AI 14?
No. The 16 GB of LPDDR5x-8533 is soldered to the motherboard: the configuration you buy is final, and there is no slot to open up. It is the trade-off of thin convertibles; 16 GB covers multitasking and on-device AI processing.
How good is the 49 TOPS NPU in this OmniBook 5 Flip Next Gen AI?
It is a chip dedicated to artificial intelligence, separate from the processor, that runs processing on the machine rather than in the cloud: background blur, transcription and image generation stay local, without sending your content elsewhere.
How long does this OmniBook 5 Flip Next Gen AI 14 take to charge?
About 50% in 45 minutes, with the supplied 65 W GaN USB-C adapter. GaN technology makes for a much more compact unit than a conventional charger of the same wattage — a real space saver in your laptop bag. The battery is 68 Wh.
