Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What are the positions of this HP OmniBook 5 Flip 14-fp0004nk for?
The 360-degree hinge lets you switch from laptop to tablet, to tent mode for watching a video, or to stand mode for showing a document to someone opposite you. The touchscreen makes each of these positions usable with your fingers.
Can memory be added to this HP OmniBook 5 Flip 14-fp0004nk?
No. The 16 GB of LPDDR5-5200 is built into the motherboard: the configuration you buy is final, and there is no slot to open up. It is the usual trade-off on thin convertibles; 16 GB remains comfortable for everyday multitasking.
What battery life can you expect from this HP OmniBook 5 Flip 14-fp0004nk?
Up to 15 hours in general use and up to 21 h 30 min for video playback. Go by the first figure, which is closer to a working day. Fast charging brings the battery back to 50% in 30 minutes with the supplied 45 W USB-C adapter.
Does this HP OmniBook 5 Flip 14-fp0004nk charge via USB-C?
Yes, and that is in fact how it is designed to charge: the supplied adapter is a 45 W USB-C unit. The two USB-C ports, at 10 Gbps, combine charging, data and display: you can charge on one side and connect a monitor on the other.
Is this HP OmniBook 5 Flip 14-fp0004nk's touchscreen protected?
Yes, by edge-to-edge glass covering the entire front — a point that matters on a convertible you operate with your fingers in tablet mode. The 14-inch IPS panel displays 1920 × 1200 at 300 nits and covers 62.5% of the sRGB colour space.
Can you mute this HP OmniBook 5 Flip's microphone in one touch?
Yes, the keyboard has a microphone mute key, and a privacy shutter physically covers the camera. Two hardware controls that no software can bypass, useful in video calls as well as when working remotely.
What ports does this HP OmniBook 5 Flip 14-fp0004nk have?
Two 10 Gbps USB-C ports that handle charging and display, two USB-A ports — one at 10 Gbps, the other at 5 — and an HDMI 2.1 output. Keeping two rectangular ports means no adapter is needed for a USB flash drive or a wired mouse.
Does this HP OmniBook 5 Flip 14-fp0004nk have an RJ-45 network port?
No, there is no Ethernet port on this 1.84 cm-thick convertible: a wired network connection goes through a USB adapter. For wireless, the card is a Wi-Fi 6 2x2 with Bluetooth 5.4, more than enough for video calls.
Is the 1 TB SSD in this HP OmniBook 5 Flip enough?
Yes, by a wide margin: 1 TB of PCIe Gen4 NVMe storage holds the system, a full office suite and several years of documents or photos, with no need for an external drive in everyday use. The Gen4 format also means files open quickly.
Is this HP OmniBook 5 Flip 14-fp0004nk new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and sealed, covered by a 1-year warranty, for which your purchase invoice serves as the warranty document. It comes with Windows 11 Home, weighs 1.62 kg and has integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics.
