1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Are the T6733 magenta and the T6736 light magenta interchangeable?
No, they are two separate tanks. The 673 range has six colours — black, cyan, magenta, yellow, light cyan and light magenta — and each has its own compartment in the printer. This reference is the magenta, to be poured into the tank bearing that name.
Which EcoTank printers take the Epson 673 magenta bottle?
The EcoTank L800, L805, L810, L850 and L1800. These photo printers work with tanks: the ink is poured in rather than going through a cartridge. The reliable marker is the code T6733, or the reference C13T67334A, to compare with your machine's manual.
What is the difference between a dye ink and a pigment ink?
Dye penetrates the paper fibre; pigment settles on the surface. The 673 range is dye-based: this is what gives the rich, vibrant colours and deep blacks this six-colour set is designed for, geared towards photo printing rather than documents meant to last.
Do the advertised 1,900 photos correspond to this bottle?
No. This benchmark of 1,900 photos at 10 × 15 cm refers to the complete set of six inks supplied as standard with the EcoTank printer. This bottle provides 70 ml of magenta; how far it goes depends on the share of this colour in your images.
Is this magenta ink genuine Epson?
Yes, reference C13T67334A (T6733). Epson designs, manufactures and tests these inks for its own tank printers: this is what makes the rendering of the six colours predictable, one colour after another.
What is the warranty on this magenta ink bottle?
