1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can I buy just the yellow again, or do I need the whole set?
Just the yellow. Each colour in the 673 range is sold as a separate 70 ml bottle: you refill the empty tank without touching the other five. This is one of the advantages of a tank system over a tri-colour cartridge, where a single empty colour blocks the whole unit.
Which EcoTank models can this yellow bottle be poured into?
Into the EcoTank L800, L805, L810, L850 and L1800, five photo tank printers. The 673 range is dedicated to them: the code T6734 printed on the box must match the one given in your machine's manual. Check it before ordering.
How many prints does a 70 ml bottle represent?
The published benchmark is 1,900 photos at 10 × 15 cm, but it applies to the set of six inks supplied as standard with the EcoTank, not to a single bottle. One bottle provides 70 ml of yellow; how long it lasts depends on how much of your images this colour takes up.
Is this Epson 673 yellow ink dye-based?
Yes. The whole 673 range is dye-based ink: it penetrates the paper fibre instead of staying on the surface like a pigment, which gives the vibrant colours and deep blacks sought in photo printing. A choice geared towards prints, not document archiving.
Is this genuine Epson ink?
Yes: reference C13T67344A (T6734), Epson 673 range. These inks are made and checked by Epson for its own tank printers, which gives you the colour behaviour designed for the six-colour set.
Is the bottle new, and how long is it under warranty?
New, in original Epson packaging, with a 1-year warranty carried by the invoice. Warranty periods differ from one colour to another in the 673 range: this one is indeed one year. Keep the invoice, as it is the document that will be requested.
