3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Which printers take the HP 935 cyan cartridge (C2P20AE)?
The HP Officejet Pro 6230 ePrinter, Officejet 6820 and Officejet Pro 6830 all-in-ones. The cyan cartridge currently installed should carry the reference C2P20AE or 935.
How many pages does the HP 935 cyan cartridge print?
Approximately 400 pages, from an ink volume of 4.5 ml. On a workstation that turns out fifty colour pages a month, one cartridge lasts eight months; under heavy use, count on a quarter.
Is the HP 935 cyan ink water-resistant?
Yes. It is a pigment ink, formulated to resist water and fading — an uncommon choice for a colour, and a real advantage for business documents that need to be kept.
What is the difference between pigment ink and dye-based ink?
Pigment ink deposits solid particles on the surface of the paper: the colour holds up over time without breaking down in humidity. A dye-based ink penetrates the fibre and is aimed above all at vividness, at the cost of lower water resistance.
What printing technology does this cartridge use?
HP thermal inkjet: the ink is ejected through tiny heated nozzles. It is this technology that explains why an inkjet printer copes poorly with long periods of non-use.
How is the yield of an ink cartridge measured?
According to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard, the one for inkjet cartridges, in continuous printing on a reference machine. A document with heavy ink coverage will empty the cartridge well before the stated 400 pages.
Can the C2P20AE print all colours?
No, it only supplies cyan. Black, magenta and yellow are separate references on an Officejet 6820 or Pro 6830: check all four levels before ordering.
Is this HP 935 cyan cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine HP cartridge, barcode 888793177808. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months. Keep it in case a defect is found.
