3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers take the HP 26A Black toner (CF226A)?
The HP LaserJet Pro M402 and the LaserJet Pro M426 multifunction printers, in all their variants. Note the full model number on the machine's label before ordering: these are the only two ranges covered by the 26 series.
How many pages does an HP 26A Black toner print?
About 3,100 pages, an average yield measured in accordance with ISO/IEC 19752, the standard for monochrome supplies. Actual yield varies considerably depending on page content: dense prints or prints heavy in halftones fall well below this benchmark.
What is the difference between the HP 26A and the HP 26X?
The X is the high-yield version: the 26X (CF226X) is rated at 9,000 pages against 3,100 for this 26A, almost three times as many, in a slightly deeper housing. HP specifies that these high-yield cartridges are not supplied with the printer and are sold separately.
How can you guard against a fake HP 26A toner?
The cartridge features HP's exclusive anti-fraud technology, combined with the brand's cartridge authentication and protection policies. This is what enables the printer and the user to tell a genuine cartridge from a counterfeit.
Does the printer accurately track the remaining toner level?
Yes. HP cartridges with JetIntelligence provide smart toner-level monitoring, with gauges that are more reliable than on previous generations: you plan the next purchase instead of finding out in the middle of a print job.
Does the HP 26A toner maintain quality at full print speed?
Yes, that is exactly what the JetIntelligence design aims for: the powder is calibrated for the speed at which the M402 or M426 was designed to run, without the machine having to slow down to fuse the toner properly onto the paper.

Yes. HP incorporates recycled plastic into its original cartridges, which reduces the volume of plastic waste generated by the supply accordingly over the life of a printer fleet.
