1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the HP 26X toner (CF226X)?
The HP LaserJet Pro M402 range and the M426 multifunction printers, including the M426fdw. The cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CF226X, or CF226A for the standard version: both fit the same machine.
What is the difference between the HP 26A and the HP 26X?
The yield, by a ratio of almost three: about 3,100 pages for the 26A against about 9,000 pages for the high-yield 26X. On a workstation that prints every day, the X cuts both the number of replacements and the cost per page.
Is the HP 26X supplied with the printer when you buy it?
No, and many people find this out too late: 26X high-yield black toners are not supplied with the printer, they are sold separately. A new machine ships with a standard-capacity cartridge.
Do you need to remove a sealing strip before installing the HP 26X?
No. Seal removal is automatic and the packaging is designed to open effortlessly: the cartridge goes straight in, with no messy handling and no tape to pull.
Is there a two-pack of HP 26X cartridges?
Yes, under the reference CF226XD: two high-yield cartridges of 9,000 pages each, 18,000 pages in total, in a 362 × 204 × 227 mm package. The option chosen by departments that always keep a cartridge in reserve.
Does an original toner make any difference to power consumption?
Yes, it is a rarely highlighted benefit: genuine HP toners with JetIntelligence enable the printer to use less energy. Across a fleet of machines running all day, the difference shows on the bill.
How does the HP 26X protect against counterfeit cartridges?
HP's anti-fraud technology identifies whether the cartridge is original and makes it possible to enforce a printing policy across an entire fleet. The stated aim: to control costs and reduce calls to the help desk.
How much space does an HP 26X cartridge take compared with the 26A?
362 × 102 × 227 mm for the 26X, against 362 × 102 × 198 mm for the 26A: same length, same width, only the depth increases by 29 mm to hold the extra powder. Both install in the same slot.
Does the 26X toner keep if it stays in reserve for months?
Yes. A laser cartridge contains a dry powder: nothing evaporates and no nozzle can clog. That is what makes it possible to buy the two-pack and keep the second cartridge in the cupboard until the day it is needed.
Is this HP 26X toner new and under warranty?
