1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Does the Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 need a computer?
No, it is one. It is a Windows tablet PC: you install your creative software directly on it and work without any other machine behind it. That is what sets it apart from an interactive pen display, which has to be connected to a PC.
What screen does the Cintiq Companion 2 have?
A 13.3-inch WQHD 2560 × 1440 display, in 16:9 format, touch-enabled for fingers as well as the pen. WQHD is a step above Full HD: the working area gains in sharpness for photo retouching.
Does the Cintiq Companion 2 pen need recharging?
No, it works with no battery and no cable. This is Wacom technology: the pen draws its power from the electromagnetic field of the screen. Nothing to recharge, nothing to replace — it is always ready.
How precise a line does this Wacom pen deliver?
2,048 pressure levels. This is what translates the force applied into line thickness and opacity: without these levels, drawing software can reproduce neither a light sketch nor a firm stroke.
What are the ExpressKeys on this Cintiq?
Six shortcut keys placed along the side of the screen. You assign them your most-used functions — switching brush, undo, zoom — so you do not have to put down the pen for every action.
Is this Cintiq suitable for a left-handed user?
Yes, it is specified for right- or left-handed use: the orientation of the screen and the shortcut keys can be flipped. This is a decisive point on a display with side-mounted keys.
How does the Cintiq Companion 2 connect?
Via Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and a USB port. It has 128 GB of storage and weighs 1.7 kg — a mobile creative workstation you can take with you.
