1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

How many copies does the Epson LQ-2090II print in one pass?
An original and six copies, i.e. seven sheets. This is the strong point of this generation over earlier models: it prints through the thickest multipart forms used by administrative departments.
What is the stated reliability of the LQ-2090II?
A mean time between failures of 25,000 hours without intervention. That is the figure that matters on a machine meant to run continuously in a department: it represents almost three years of uninterrupted operation.
What speed does the Epson LQ-2090II reach?
550 characters per second in very high-speed mode, at 10 characters per inch. These two values go together: the speed applies to this character density and this print mode.
Do you need different ribbons when switching to the LQ-2090II?
No: it uses the same ribbons as the existing models in the range. A department renewing its printers can therefore use up its stock of consumables without any loss.
What paper width does the LQ-2090II accept?
136 columns, up to A3 format, with a 24-pin head. 24 pins produce much denser characters than a 9-pin head: it is the choice when the printed document must remain legible and presentable.
Does the LQ-2090II have a network interface?
No. It connects directly to the computer that uses it. The network variant is available under the reference LQ-2090IIN, where the letter N indicates precisely the presence of an Ethernet port.
Is the Epson LQ-2090II printer new and under warranty?
New, reference C11CF40401, in original Epson packaging, printing in black and white only, with no display. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The datasheet gives full details.
