This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Why choose a dot matrix printer like the Epson LQ-2190?
Because it prints by impact: a head strikes an ink ribbon against the paper. It is the only process that can print through a multipart carbonless form — delivery notes, invoices in several copies, administrative forms. Neither laser nor inkjet can do this.
How many pins and columns does the Epson LQ-2190 have?
24 pins and 136 columns. The number of pins determines how fine the characters are, the number of columns the width of the printable line: 136 columns correspond to wide listings, 80 to an ordinary page.
What print speed does the Epson LQ-2190 reach?
Up to 480 cps in fast draft at 10 cpi, and up to 576 cps at 12 cpi; 120 cps in letter quality. These values are not interchangeable: draft mode favours throughput, letter quality the legibility of the characters. It is the mode you choose that sets the actual speed.
How long does the Epson LQ-2190 print head last?
400 million strokes per pin. This is the figure behind the low cost of ownership of a dot matrix printer: the head is a mechanical part built for years of continuous service, whereas a laser consumable runs out after a few thousand pages.
What paper does the Epson LQ-2190 accept?
It handles single-part or multipart sheets, continuous paper, labels, roll paper, envelopes and card. It is this loading versatility that makes it suited to business administration environments, where different pre-printed media are used side by side.
What is in the box with the Epson LQ-2190?
The printer, a ribbon, the power cable, the setup instructions and the CDs with drivers, software and user manual. A ribbon is therefore supplied to get started — but plan for a spare ribbon from day one if your volume is high.
