Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Lens : a body photographed with a lens is very often sold body only: only the title (“body only”, “18-55 kit”…) states what is delivered.
  • Accessories : memory card, spare battery, charger, bag, tripod, lens hood and caps are not included unless stated.
  • Sample images : the sample photographs shown say nothing about the results you will get.
  • Screen and viewfinder : an articulating screen, electronic viewfinder and connectors depend on the reference.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Will this Canon RF lens fit my camera body?
It has an RF mount and is listed as compatible with the EOS R, RP, Ra, R5 and R6. A DSLR with an EF mount cannot take it: the mount is different.
Is this lens stabilised?
Yes: 5-stop stabilisation. On an ultra-wide-angle lens used indoors or at night, that is what lets you use slower shutter speeds handheld.
How does this lens handle backlit scenes?
It has Canon's SWC anti-reflective coating, which reduces flare and loss of contrast when a light source enters the frame, a common situation in landscape and architectural photography.
Can the controls on this lens be customised?
Yes: it has a dedicated control ring, to which you can assign aperture, ISO sensitivity or exposure compensation, without taking your eye away from the viewfinder.
Is this lens fast enough for night landscapes?
Yes: its aperture reaches f/2.8, constant throughout the zoom range. That is what sets it apart from wide-angle zooms with a variable aperture, which are half as bright at the longest focal length.
What is the focal range of this Canon lens?
From ultra-wide angle (15 mm) to wide angle (35 mm), on full frame. It is the range for landscapes, architecture and cramped interiors.
Is this Canon RF 15-35mm F2.8L lens new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Canon product, reference 3682C005AA, a zoom from the professional L series. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for a period of 1 year.
