This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Will this Nikon Z lens fit my DSLR?
No: it has a Z mount, the mount used by Nikon mirrorless cameras. An F-mount DSLR will not accept it without an adapter ring.
Is this Nikon telephoto lens heavy to carry?
998 g, which is less than the previous generation. Getting under one kilogram on a 70-200 f/2.8 makes a real difference to comfort after a few hours.
Is this lens stabilised?
Yes: it features Nikon's VR vibration reduction. On a telephoto lens, this is what lets you use slower shutter speeds without blur from camera shake.
How far can the aperture of this lens be stopped down?
From f/2.8 to f/22. The constant f/2.8 aperture across the entire focal range is the model's key strength; f/22 is used to obtain the greatest possible depth of field.
What kind of background blur does this lens produce?
Its 9-blade rounded diaphragm renders out-of-focus points of light as round rather than angular. This is what softens the bokeh of a portrait.
Is the autofocus on this lens quiet?
Yes: it is specified as fast and quiet. Silent focusing matters as much in video as in reportage.
