Will this Nikon Z lens fit my DSLR?
No: it has a Z mount, the mount used by Nikon mirrorless cameras. An F-mount DSLR will not accept it without an adapter ring.
What does the f/1.4 aperture of this 50 mm lens make possible?
Shooting in very low light and clearly separating the subject from a blurred background. At f/1.4, the zone of sharpness shrinks to a few centimetres.
What is the minimum focusing distance of this lens?
0.37 m. That is short for a 50 mm lens: you can frame tightly on an object sitting on a table without stepping back.
Is this lens bulky to carry in a bag?
420 g for a full-frame 50 mm f/1.4, with a 62 mm filter diameter. It is a weight that lets you leave it permanently on the body.
Is this lens stabilised?
No: it has no optical stabilisation. Its f/1.4 aperture more than makes up for it in low light, and a Nikon Z body with sensor stabilisation takes over.
How far can the aperture of this lens be stopped down?
