1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Does this shredder offer more security than a cross-cut?
Yes: it uses micro-cut, into 2 × 12 mm particles, that is more than 2,000 particles per A4 sheet. This is DIN P-5 level, one step above the usual P-4.
How many sheets does this Powershred LX211 handle per cycle?
More than 1,000 sheets in a 20-minute cycle, at 15 sheets per pass through a 230 mm slot.
Does this shredder stop if a hand gets close?
Yes: SafeSense technology triggers an immediate stop as soon as a hand approaches the slot.
Does this shredder jam if sheets are fed in at an angle?
No: it is stated to be 100% jam-proof, including when sheets are fed in at an angle. It also shreds staples, paper clips and credit cards.
How do you know when to empty the bin?
The Intellibar signals a full bin and the end of the cycle, in addition to the fill-level indicator on the 23-litre pull-out bin.
