1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Which printers does this HP 712 magenta cartridge fit?
It is listed as compatible with the HP DesignJet T210, T230, T250, T630 and T650 printers. Before ordering, check the model shown on your machine as well as the reference on the cartridge you are removing.
Is this a genuine HP cartridge or a compatible consumable?
It is a genuine HP ink cartridge from the HP 712 range, not a consumable from another brand. It contains dye-based ink and uses HP Thermal Inkjet technology.
How much ink does it contain, and is it sold in a pack?
It contains 29 ml of ink and is sold individually, in magenta only: it is not a multi-colour pack. You therefore replace only the colour that has run out, and order the others separately when they near the end of their life.

HP 712 is the name of the range, while 3ED68A identifies this specific 29 ml magenta version. It is this code that you should compare with the one on the cartridge removed from your printer to be sure it matches.
