1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How are these Logitech Z200 speakers powered?
They run on mains power: a power supply unit is included in the box, with a 1.8 m power cable. The box contains the two speakers, this power supply unit and the user documentation.
Can you connect the computer and the phone at the same time?
Yes. The Z200 have a 3.5 mm audio input and a 3.5 mm auxiliary input: the computer stays connected to the first while a phone or tablet uses the second, without unplugging anything.
Are these 5 W RMS enough for an office or a living room?
Expect 5 W RMS of total power and 10 W peak: the Z200 are designed for the bedroom, the office or the living room. Each speaker houses two 6.3 cm drivers, one active and one passive, which produce balanced stereo sound.
Can you adjust the bass independently of the volume?
Yes: a bass adjustment knob sits on the side of the speaker, separate from the power and volume controls on the front. You set the tone once, and after that you only touch the volume.
Is there a headphone jack directly on the speakers?
Yes, a headphone jack is built into the Z200: you plug your headphones into the speaker to switch to private listening, without reaching for the computer's output or unplugging the speakers.
How much desk space do they take up?
They measure 241.2 mm high, 90 mm wide and 124 mm deep, stand included, with a stated weight of 1 kg. The format is tall and narrow: they slip in on either side of a monitor without eating into the depth of the work surface.
Are these speakers new and under warranty?
Yes: the Logitech Z200 are new in their original packaging, delivered with their invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Full specifications are given in the manufacturer datasheet (PDF).
