This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many devices can be connected to the Z207 at the same time?
Three: two via Bluetooth and one via a 3.5 mm jack, all connected simultaneously. The Easy-Switch feature lets you move from one to another — you pause on the first and start playback on the second.
What is the actual power output of the Logitech Z207?
5 watts RMS, and 10 watts peak. RMS is the power sustained continuously, peak an instantaneous spike: the first figure reflects the listening level, the second is for the shop window.
What is the passive radiator on the Z207 for?
To extend the bass without adding a second powered driver. Each speaker pairs an active driver, which produces the sound, with a passive radiator, set in motion by the air pressure inside the cabinet: the bass gains in depth with no increase in size.
Where are the controls on the Z207 speakers?
On the right-hand speaker: Bluetooth pairing button, power on/off, volume and 3.5 mm headphone jack. So plan to place this speaker on the most accessible side of your desk.
Can you use the Z207 with a phone and a computer at the same time?
Yes. That is exactly what they are designed for: the computer stays connected by the 3.5 mm cable while two mobile devices are paired via Bluetooth. You switch from one to another without re-pairing anything.
How much desk space do the Z207 take up?
241 mm high, 90 mm wide, 124 mm deep per speaker, and 1.0 kg for the pair. They are taller than an entry-level desktop speaker: check the height available under a shelf before setting them up.
Are the Logitech Z207 speakers new and under warranty?
New, reference 980-001295, in original Logitech packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested if you make a claim.
