Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need a tool to adjust this Fellowes Eppa arm?
No: the Eppa range is adjustable with a simple touch of the finger. You can reposition the screen during the day without loosening anything.
What load does this dual arm support?
From 1 to 8 kg per arm. The minimum matters as much as the maximum: a screen that is too light does not compress the spring enough and rises on its own.
What is the adjustment range of this arm?
26 cm in height and 53 cm of reach — enough to raise the screens to eye level and move them closer or further away depending on the task.
How does this arm attach to the desk?
In two ways: with a clamp on the edge of the desktop, or through the desk grommet, the opening provided for cables. The second option leaves the edge completely clear.
Does this Fellowes arm meet an ergonomic standard?
Yes: it holds EN ISO 9241 accreditation issued by FIRA International, an independent ergonomics accreditation body. It is also made from 58% recycled materials.
Is this Fellowes Eppa dual monitor arm new and under warranty?
