Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Ports : the number and type of ports (RJ45, SFP, PoE) differ between models of a single series, which nevertheless shares one photo.
  • Antennas : their number, gain and whether they can be removed depend on the reference.
  • Modules and cables : SFP modules, transceivers, DAC cables, PoE injectors and rack-mounting kits are not included unless stated.
  • Power : some equipment is powered over PoE and shipped without a power adapter.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can the Aruba AP-220-MNT-W1W mount be fitted to a ceiling?
Yes, it is designed for a wall as well as a ceiling. This is what allows the same reference to be used throughout a building, wherever the access point needs to cover the area.
What equipment is the AP-220-MNT-W1W mount designed for?
For Aruba access points. Check the mount reference required by your model before ordering: at Aruba, each access point family has its own designated mounting kit, and the plates are not always interchangeable.
What colour is the Aruba AP-220-MNT-W1W mount?
White, a light shade chosen to blend in with a ceiling or partition. Once the access point is fitted, the assembly is barely noticeable — the criterion that decides whether an installation is accepted in a reception area or a meeting room.
Does the Aruba AP-220-MNT-W1W mount take long to install?
It is described as simple to install and of robust design. On a deployment of several dozen access points, the installation time per unit is what decides the total cost of the project, well before the price of the mount.
Is the Aruba AP-220-MNT-W1W wall mount new and under warranty?
New, reference JW047A, in original HPE Aruba packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
