This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

What is the difference between the Reyee PSU 240W and the PSU 120W?
The current reserve: 4.4 A output versus 2.2 A, at the same voltage of 52.38 to 55.62 V. That is double, and it is what a heavily loaded industrial switch redistributing a lot of PoE requires.
Is the Reyee PSU 240W unit silent?
Yes, its cooling is passive, fanless. On a 240 W power supply, that is a real engineering choice: the metal housing acts as a heat sink, and there is no longer any moving part liable to fail.
Does the Reyee PSU 240W unit tolerate a variable input voltage?
It accepts 90 to 264 V AC, at 50 or 60 Hz. This range covers unstable grids as well as low-voltage installations: the power supply keeps delivering its rated output voltage without cutting out.
In what temperatures does the Reyee PSU 240W unit operate?
