1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is writing as fast as reading on this 32 GB microSD?
No, the gap is significant: up to 92 MB/s read but 15 MB/s write on the 32 GB version. That is comfortable for viewing and copying files from the card, but slower for transferring a large volume of photos or videos to it. The card is rated Class 10 / V10.
What exact format is this card, and which devices does it fit?
It is a microSDHC card, Class 10 / V10. It can be used in devices that accept microSDHC, microSDXC, microSDHC UHS-I or microSDXC UHS-I cards: smartphones, tablets, cameras and video cameras. Its dimensions are those of a standard microSD, 15 × 11 × 1 mm, for a weight of 1 g.
Can it be used in a device fitted with a standard SD reader?
Yes, with an SD adapter: the card slides into it to take on the standard format and fit a camera or an SDHC/SDXC reader. It is the smallest SD card format, designed for tablets, smartphones and cameras.
Could it be damaged by airport X-ray scanners?
No. The card is designed to be shockproof and X-ray resistant: it passes safely through airport security machines. It is also designed for both high and low temperatures and for harsh working environments.
Which devices is the Hikvision C1 series intended for?
This is the consumer version of the C1 series, widely used in phones, cameras and tablets. It is also used for fast storage of small volumes of system files. The memory is TLC.
Is the card new and under warranty?
