1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which capacity does this reference correspond to, and is the SD adapter included?
Reference AUSDH32GUICL10-RA1 is the 32 GB version, supplied with its SD adapter card, which makes it easier to transfer files to and from your equipment. The Premier series is available in 16, 32 and 64 GB.
What is its actual write speed, and not just its read speed?
Sequential reads reach up to 80 MB/s, writes up to 10 MB/s: it is this second figure that matters for recording photos and videos. These speeds come from internal tests and vary depending on the platform and software.
Can you record video with this ADATA Premier card?
Yes. Rated UHS-I Class 10 U1, it is specified for Full HD 1080p video recording and high-definition photography. It applies the SDA 3.0 UHS-I specification, compliant with the Class 10 speed of the SD 2.0 standard.
Is it resistant to water, shocks and temperature extremes?
Yes, on four stated counts: waterproof, shockproof, anti-static and X-ray proof. Its operating range is -25 °C to 85 °C, from the cold to a car left out in the sun.
What happens if there is a read error on the stored files?
The card has built-in error-correcting code (ECC), which detects and corrects errors instead of leaving the file unreadable, as well as write protection. Two decisive safeguards when the card is the only medium holding photos that have not yet been backed up.
Is this 32 GB card a microSDHC or a microSDXC?
A microSDHC: the card sold here is an ADATA Premier microSDHC with a capacity of 32 GB, reference AUSDH32GUICL10-RA1.
Which devices can it be used in?
It is stated to be compatible with smartphones, tablets, digital cameras and camcorders. In the microSD format, measuring 15 x 11 x 1 mm and weighing 0.25 g, it fits in a microSD slot, and the supplied adapter makes it usable as a full-size SD card.
Does the card slow down when several applications are running at the same time?
No: running several applications simultaneously causes no loss of speed, in reading or in writing. This matters in practice on a smartphone, where the card is accessed in parallel by the camera, the gallery and the installed apps.
Is the memory card new and under warranty?
Yes: a new ADATA Premier card, supplied with its SD adapter and its invoice, which serves as the 1-year warranty document. Full specifications are given in the ADATA datasheet (PDF).
