This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Does the Logitech Pebble 2 M350s mouse connect via Bluetooth or with a USB receiver?
It connects via Bluetooth Low Energy, with no dongle. It is also compatible with the Logi Bolt USB receiver (sold separately, not included) if you prefer a USB dongle.
How many devices can be paired with the Pebble 2 M350s at the same time?
Up to 3 devices, thanks to the Easy-Switch button: you switch from one device to another (Windows, macOS, iPadOS, ChromeOS) with a single press.
Is the Pebble 2 M350s mouse really quiet?
Yes. Silent Touch technology eliminates over 90% of click noise compared with a Logitech M185 mouse: ideal in an open-plan office, in meetings or in the evening.
What is the battery life of the Logitech Pebble 2 M350s, and is the battery included?
It offers up to 24 months of battery life, and the AA battery is already included (pre-installed). An automatic sleep mode helps the battery last even longer.
Can the buttons on the Pebble 2 M350s be customised?
Yes. With the free Logi Options+ app (Windows 10+ and macOS 11+), you can customise the middle button (wheel click) and assign shortcuts to it, to WhatsApp or Spotify for example.
Is the Pebble 2 M350s mouse suitable for left-handed users?
Yes, its slim, rounded shape is ambidextrous: it suits right-handed and left-handed users equally well. It has 3 buttons (left/right click and a wheel with middle click).
What are the wireless range and resolution of the Pebble 2 M350s?
The wireless range is about 10 metres. The high-precision optical sensor is adjustable from 400 to 4,000 DPI (in steps of 100), with a default of 1,000 DPI.
Is the Logitech Pebble 2 M350s an environmentally friendly choice?
Yes: its plastic parts contain at least 58% post-consumer recycled plastic (up to 76% on some colours), the paper packaging is FSC-certified and the product is certified “carbon neutral”.
Do you have to install software to use the Pebble 2 M350s?
No. The mouse works as soon as it is paired over Bluetooth. The Logi Options+ app is optional and is only used to customise the middle button.
