1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 405 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is a TPM module used for on a server?
To store encryption keys in a dedicated hardware component, instead of leaving them in memory or on the disk. It is what volume encryption and secure boot rely on.
Which servers does this HPE TPM 2.0 module fit?
HPE Gen10 servers. That is the generation indicated: check yours before ordering, as a TPM module cannot be transferred from one generation to another.
What is the difference between TPM 1.2 and TPM 2.0?
Version 2.0 is the current generation of the standard, the one that recent systems require for secure boot and disk encryption. It is the version of this module.
Can this module be fitted after the server has been put into service?
It is an add-on module, sold separately from the server, which is installed on the motherboard. The installation and activation procedure is described by HPE for the generation concerned.
Is this HPE Trusted Platform 2.0 module new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new HPE product, reference 864279-B21. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it in case a defect is found.
