1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Which microphones does the Elgato pop filter fit?
The Elgato Wave:1 and Wave:3. It is sized for these two bodies: its attachment points match their housing, which rules out using it as a universal filter on a microphone from another brand.
How does the Elgato pop filter attach?
Magnetically: you line up the attachment points and it holds, with no tools or clamp. This is a real advantage over gooseneck filters, which go out of position every time they are handled and clutter the desk.
What is a pop filter for on a microphone?
To disperse the blast of air from plosive consonants — p, b, t — which overload the diaphragm and produce that dull thump in the recording. This one uses a double layer of steel mesh to break up the airflow.
What is the Elgato pop filter made of?
Steel mesh and ABS, weighing 30 grams. Steel mesh can be rinsed, unlike foam, which becomes saturated and deteriorates: that is what determines the real lifespan of a filter used every day.
