1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Can you adjust the sound of the PreSonus Eris 3.5 Gen 2?
Yes, with bass and treble controls on the rear panel. They make up for a wall that is too close, which swells the bass, or a reflective desktop, which hardens the treble — two very common problems in a home studio.
How much power do the PreSonus Eris 3.5 Gen 2 deliver?
25 W RMS per speaker, with Class AB amplification. These are active monitors: the amplification is built in, so there is no amplifier to choose or match to the speakers.
What are the drivers of the Eris 3.5 Gen 2 made of?
A Kevlar woofer and a 1-inch silk tweeter. Kevlar is stiff and light, which limits cone deformation; silk softens the treble, making it less tiring over long listening sessions.
What inputs do the PreSonus Eris 3.5 Gen 2 offer?
