1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What does the S-ART ribbon tweeter bring to the ADAM Audio D3V?
A diaphragm much lighter than a conventional dome, which follows transients without lagging. It is ADAM Audio's signature, and it is what gives these monitors a stated response up to 50 kHz, well beyond a dome tweeter.
Do the ADAM Audio D3V need an amplifier?
No, they are active monitors: each speaker has its own built-in amplification, 70 W RMS in Class D. So there is no amplifier to choose or match — the source connects directly to the speakers.
How do you connect the ADAM Audio D3V to a computer?
Via USB-C, or wirelessly via Bluetooth aptX HD. USB-C removes the need for an audio interface in between: the signal stays digital all the way to the speaker, which handles the conversion itself.
Can you adjust the sound of the ADAM Audio D3V to suit the room?
Yes, an EQ DSP is built in, designed for desk placement adjustment. A speaker pushed up against a wall gets boomy bass: that is exactly what this setting is there to compensate for.
What size are the drivers of the ADAM Audio D3V?
One 3.5-inch driver per speaker, paired with the ribbon tweeter, for a stated response of 60 Hz to 50 kHz. The 3.5-inch size sets the low-end limit: below 60 Hz, a subwoofer becomes necessary.
Are the ADAM Audio D3V monitors new and under warranty?
New, sold as a stereo pair, in matte white, in original ADAM Audio packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for if you make a claim.
