1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Will the Superlux HM58B clip fit my microphone stand?
It has a 5/8-inch thread, the standard for microphone stands. This is the measurement to check: a stand with a 3/8 thread — common in Europe on some models — will need an adapter ring, sold separately.
Which microphones does the Superlux HM58B clip accept?
Handheld microphones the size of the SM58 and HM58 and similar. It is the body diameter that counts, not the brand: a classic-format handheld microphone fits in this clip, a studio condenser microphone does not.
Does the Superlux HM58B clip let you remove the microphone quickly?
Yes, it is designed for quick mounting and removal. That is what matters at a conference or meeting: the microphone is picked up for a question and then put back without unscrewing anything.
Is the Superlux HM58B clip sturdy?
It is specified as having reinforced construction, in black. On an accessory handled several times a day and carried from one room to another, the clamping hinge is the first thing to give way: reinforcing it is the only point that matters.
