This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

How do you charge the HP 690 mouse?
In either of two ways: by placing it on a Qi wireless charging pad — the same kind you use for a phone — or with the USB-C cable, which is included in the box.
What is the battery life of the HP 690?
Up to 4 months on a full charge, from a lithium-ion battery. That is the pace of an office mouse: recharging becomes a quarterly task, not a weekly one.
Do you need to plug in a dongle to use the HP 690?
No. It connects over Bluetooth, with no receiver: pairing is handled by Microsoft Swift Pair, without going through the settings menu. Your USB port stays free.
How many devices can the HP 690 control?
Up to three, paired at the same time. An indicator light shows the active channel: you move from your desktop to your laptop and then to your tablet without re-pairing each time.
Is the HP 690's Bluetooth connection encrypted?
Yes, with 128-bit AES. This is the point to check for a business workstation: the keystrokes and clicks sent over the air are not transmitted in plain text.
