Does a three-fan RTX 5080 fit in an SFF case?
Yes, MSI states that this VENTUS 3X OC is compatible with SFF cases. Check that yours carries the same label and note the maximum card length it accepts: it is the match between the two that decides, not the card alone.
Does an anti-sag bracket come with the card?
Yes, a support bracket is included. On a card of this size, this support prevents the weight from bending the PCIe connector and the circuit board over time — an accessory that often has to be bought separately elsewhere.
What clock speed does this RTX 5080 VENTUS 3X OC run at?
2,640 MHz boost, and 2,655 MHz when you enable the “Extreme Performance” mode in the MSI Center software. The card carries 16 GB of GDDR7 on a 256-bit bus, on the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture.
Do the fans stop outside gaming sessions?
Yes: Zero Frozr stops the three Torx 5.0 fans under light load, making the machine silent during office work. They restart automatically as soon as the temperature rises again, with no intervention needed.
How is heat removed on this card?
A nickel-plated copper baseplate captures heat from the GPU and the memory, square heat pipes carry it to the heatsink, and the vented metal backplate lets air flow through the card rather than stagnate behind it.
