This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

How do you charge the HP 695 mouse?
In either of two ways: by placing it on a Qi wireless charging pad — the same kind you use for a phone — or with a USB-C cable. That saves you carrying an extra charger when travelling.
What is the battery life of the HP 695?
Up to 4 months on a full charge. That is the order of magnitude of an office mouse: recharging becomes a quarterly task, not a weekly one.
Do you need to plug in a dongle to use the HP 695?
No. It connects over Bluetooth, with no receiver: pairing is handled by Microsoft Swift Pair, which offers to connect as soon as the mouse is detected. Your USB port stays free.
