1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What video inputs does the ViewSonic VA240-H offer?
One HDMI input and one VGA input, so you can connect a recent computer as well as an older one. From a laptop whose only video output is USB-C, you will need a USB-C to HDMI adapter, provided that port supports video.
What does the VA240-H's 1 ms MPRT response time mean?
MPRT measures the motion blur perceived on a moving image, a different scale from the grey-to-grey used elsewhere. Combined with the 100 Hz variable refresh rate, it aims to reduce stuttering in fast-paced games as well as in simple scrolling.
What is ViewSonic's SuperClear IPS technology?
It is ViewSonic's name for its IPS panel: it keeps vivid colours and consistent brightness at viewing angles of 178° both horizontally and vertically. In practice, the picture stays accurate even when viewed from the side, with two people in front of the same screen.
Can the VA240-H be mounted on a monitor arm?
Yes, it accepts 75 x 75 mm VESA mounting — a more compact format than the usual 100 x 100 mm, so check it against your arm or wall mount before buying.
Is the VA240-H suitable for a dual-monitor setup?
Its frameless design on three sides was intended for exactly that: two panels side by side leave only a thin line in the middle of the picture, instead of a wide black band. An asset for a workstation that spans two monitors.
Does the ViewSonic VA240-H strain the eyes?
It features Eye ProTech technology, which combines a blue light filter and a flicker-free function, designed for long working hours. Its typical power consumption is 20 W.
