Up to 5 km, but throughput decreases with distance: 200 Mbps at 1 km and 80 Mbps at 5 km. These are the two figures to go by when sizing a link, not the advertised radio rate alone.
How many cameras can the Reyee RG-EST450G station serve?
Up to 30 cameras at 3 megapixels over 3 km. That is the useful figure for video surveillance: it translates the available throughput into the number of streams that can actually be carried, which a raw Mbps figure does not tell you.
How many links does the Reyee RG-EST450G station support?
