Yes: it is supplied as a pair, with the PoE injectors and AC adapters. A complete link therefore comes in a single box — both ends and their power supply, with nothing else to order.
What real-world throughput can you expect from the Reyee RG-EST350G bridge?
230 Mbps at 1 km and 150 Mbps at 5 km, for a stated radio data rate of 867 Mbps. The first two figures are the ones to use when sizing the link: the third is a theoretical value for the wireless link.
How many cameras can the Reyee RG-EST350G bridge carry?
Up to 50 cameras of 3 megapixels over a 1 km link. This is the figure that matters in video surveillance: it translates the available throughput directly into the number of streams that can actually be carried.
Do you need a switch at the end of the Reyee RG-EST350G bridge?
No: each unit has three Gigabit Ethernet ports. Cameras, a recorder or a switch connect directly, with no extra box — and therefore no extra power supply or point of failure at the top of the mast.
How is the Reyee RG-EST350G bridge powered?
Your choice: 12 V DC, 24 V passive PoE or standard 802.3af/at PoE. The last option lets you connect it to a standard PoE switch already in place, without a dedicated injector.
Can the Reyee RG-EST350G bridge withstand rain?
Its enclosure is rated IP55 and it operates from -30 to +65 °C. IP55 covers dust and water jets: the level expected of equipment fixed outdoors on a mast or a façade.
Is installing the Reyee RG-EST350G bridge automatic?
It offers automatic pairing, assisted antenna alignment and a spectrum scan. Its 16 dBi antenna has a 31° horizontal beamwidth: a wider beam than that of a long-range bridge, and therefore more forgiving when aiming.
