1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do the Logitech S150 speakers need a mains socket?
No. A single USB cable supplies both power and the audio signal: no power adapter, no batteries. That is what makes them usable with a laptop on the move, where a socket is not always available.
Why use USB rather than the headphone jack?
Because the signal stays digital all the way to the speaker: it does not pass through the computer's analogue sound card, hence sound stated to be distortion-free. It is also a single-plug connection instead of two.
Where do you adjust the volume on the S150 speakers?
Directly on the speakers: the built-in controls let you adjust the volume or mute the sound, and an indicator light shows when they are on. There is no separate control box to put on the desk.
Do the S150 speakers stand steadily on a desk?
Their base was designed to keep the satellites stable on a work surface. The set remains light and compact, with portability in mind: it is a system you can pack in a bag with your laptop.
What is in the Logitech S150 box?
Two satellite speakers with attached cables and a setup guide. As the cables are fixed to the speakers, there is no lead to find or replace.
Are the Logitech S150 speakers new and under warranty?
New, reference 980-000029, in original Logitech packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. This is a 2.0 configuration: two speakers, without a separate subwoofer.
