1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

What does the PreSonus AudioBox Studio 25th Anniversary bundle include?
Everything a home studio needs: the AudioBox USB 96 interface, HD7 closed-back headphones, an M7 condenser microphone, XLR and USB cables and Studio One Artist software. Nothing else to order to start recording.
How many sources does the interface in the AudioBox Studio bundle accept?
Two inputs and two outputs, at 24-bit/96 kHz. Enough to record a voice and an instrument at the same time, or two microphones for a two-person podcast — the most common setup for a desktop studio.
Why are the headphones in the AudioBox Studio bundle closed-back?
Because closed-back headphones do not let sound leak into the microphone. This is essential for a clean vocal take: with open-back headphones, the monitoring mix bleeds into the recording and makes mixing much harder.
Which microphone does the PreSonus AudioBox Studio bundle include?
An M7 cardioid condenser microphone with an XLR connector. A cardioid microphone picks up from the front and rejects the rear: this limits pickup of the room and the keyboard on a desk that has no acoustic treatment.
Do you need to buy software with the AudioBox Studio bundle?
No: Studio One Artist is included, with a plug-in bundle. It is a genuine DAW, not a time-limited demo version: recording and mixing are covered straight out of the box.
Is the PreSonus AudioBox Studio bundle new and under warranty?
New, in original PreSonus packaging, in its 25th anniversary limited edition. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for if you make a claim.
