This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

What video inputs does the MSI MAG 245C X24 offer?
Two HDMI 2.0b ports, rated for Full HD at 240 Hz, and one DisplayPort 1.2a. The HDMI cable is supplied with the power cord: a console and a PC can stay connected at the same time.
What does a 1500R curvature bring to a 24-inch monitor?
It brings the edges of the image towards your line of sight, which enhances immersion without visibly distorting straight lines — a gentle curvature, suitable for mixed work and gaming use. The VA panel delivers a 3000:1 contrast ratio, three times that of a typical IPS panel.
Is the MAG 245C X24 compatible with AMD FreeSync?
Yes, it is certified AMD FreeSync Premium and supports Adaptive-Sync, over a range of 48 to 240 Hz: the monitor's refresh rate follows the graphics card's frame rate, which eliminates screen tearing.
Does this monitor, advertised as 24 inches, really measure 24 inches?
Its viewable diagonal is 23.6 inches, for an active area of 521.4 x 293.3 mm and a pixel pitch of 0.272 mm: that is slightly denser than a 23.8-inch monitor with the same resolution, so text is a little finer.
Is the MAG 245C X24 stand height-adjustable?
No: only the tilt is adjustable, from -5° to +20°. VESA 100 x 100 mm mounting is still possible for a monitor arm, as the whole unit weighs only 3.2 kg.
What is the AI Vision technology on this MSI monitor for?
To bring out detail in the dark areas of a game, by raising overall brightness and colour saturation without washing out the bright areas. Useful for spotting an opponent in a dark corner.
