1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What power supply does the MSI RTX 5050 Gaming OC need?
A recommended 550 W power supply and one 8-pin connector. That is a modest requirement, within reach of most mid-range power supplies: simply check that a PCIe 8-pin cable is free before ordering.
What clock speed does this RTX 5050 8 GB run at?
2,632 MHz boost, and 2,647 MHz when you enable “Extreme Performance” mode from the MSI Center software. The card packs 2,560 CUDA cores and 8 GB of GDDR6 at 20 Gbps on a 128-bit bus.
What are the dimensions and weight of this RTX 5050?
202 × 120 × 41 mm and 497 g. It is a short, light form factor that requires neither an anti-sag bracket nor a large tower: the card fits in most desktop cases, including those of an already assembled build.
Do the fans stop when the card is idle?
Yes. Zero Frozr technology stops them under light load and restarts them as soon as the temperature rises again: the machine is silent during office work. The Twin Frozr 10 system and the seven-blade Stormforce fans take over when gaming.
How many displays, and on which outputs?
Four displays, via three DisplayPort 2.1b and one HDMI 2.1b output, up to 7680 × 4320. The HDMI 2.1b supports 4K at 480 Hz or 8K at 120 Hz with DSC compression, variable refresh rate and HDR. G-SYNC and HDCP are supported.
What resolution is this RTX 5050 designed for?
1080p, with ray tracing and DLSS enabled. It brings the Blackwell architecture — 5th-generation Tensor cores, 4th-generation RT cores — within reach of an affordable build, and is also suitable for content creation and video editing.
Does the backplate serve any purpose?
Yes, two: it stiffens the card, and its flow-through design lets air circulate for extra ventilation. Added to this are DrMOS power stages, more efficient and with improved voltage control, as well as thermal pads on sensitive components.
Is the card new and under warranty?
