3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers is the HP GT52 Yellow ink bottle compatible with?
It is intended for HP tank printers: DeskJet GT 5810 / 5820, Ink Tank 310 and Ink Tank Wireless 410, as well as the Smart Tank 350, 450, 510, 550 and 610 series.
How many pages can be printed with an HP GT52 bottle?
A 70 ml yellow bottle offers a yield of approximately 8,000 pages (HP methodology, ISO/IEC 24712 test pages). It is this very high yield that gives an extremely low cost per page.
What is the difference between a GT52 bottle and a conventional cartridge?
The GT52 is an ink bottle for refilling tank printers: you pour the ink into the printer's tank whenever it suits you, instead of replacing a cartridge. The result: a very low cost per page for large volumes.
Is HP GT52 ink suitable for photos?
Yes: it is a dye-based ink that produces vivid, borderless photos that are fade-resistant according to HP. It is suitable for professional documents and photo prints alike.
Is the yellow bottle enough on its own to print?
No: the GT52 Yellow only supplies yellow. For full colour printing, you also need the cyan, magenta and black bottles. Note that part of the ink is used for printer start-up and priming.
Is the HP GT52 Yellow bottle genuine and under warranty?
Yes, it is a genuine, original HP bottle (M0H56AE). It is new and covered by a 3-month warranty via your iris.ma invoice. See the datasheet.
