The HP 151A (W1510A, about 3,050 pages) or the 151X (W1510X, about 9,700 pages). One feature of this machine is worth knowing before working anything out: duplex is automatic and on by default. That changes a great deal about your paper consumption, and strictly nothing about your toner.

It is the most widespread miscalculation in offices. Toner yield is counted in printed pages, not in sheets loaded. With duplex, a ream of 500 sheets produces 1,000 pages: you halve your paper budget, your toner goes down at exactly the same rate.
In other words, duplex by default is an excellent thing — but if you find your toners last less long since you started printing double-sided, it is an optical illusion: you are simply printing more pages with the same number of sheets.
Two real effects, both favourable:
One point to watch: passing twice through the fuser heats the sheet more. On thin or damp paper that can cause curling; stay within the 60 to 163 gsm range the machine provides for.
The 151X holds about 9,700 pages against 3,050 — three times more, for one intervention instead of three. On a machine capable of 40 pages per minute with a 350-sheet tray, the pace is rarely trivial, and high capacity pays for itself quickly.
The 4103fdw is the same machine with a fax and takes the same toners; so does the 4003dn, in plain printer form. Do beware of the 150A of the LaserJet M111 and M141, which shares nothing but the sound of the name.
