1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

What size of tablet actually fits in the main compartment?
The dedicated pocket measures 170 × 225 × 25 mm, for a tablet up to 8 inches: compare these dimensions with those of your tablet, case included. The main compartment also holds books or notebooks alongside the tablet.
What is this Rivacase Cardiff bag made of?
The exterior is artificial leather (polyurethane) combined with canvas — a specially treated 100% natural cotton — with a polyester lining. The whole bag weighs just 230 g empty, for external dimensions of 210 × 260 × 30 mm.
Does it protect the tablet from anything other than knocks?
Yes: beyond accidental bumps, it protects the tablet from scratches, dust and moisture.
Where can you keep your smartphone so it is close at hand?
A zipped back pocket, hidden from view, is reserved for it: the phone stays accessible without opening the main compartment. Its zip is sturdy, with an anti-snag guard at the end of the pull.
Can you keep your passport and keys safe in it?
Yes: an inner zipped pocket is provided for your passport and coin purse, with a removable carabiner for keys, which detaches so you can take the keys on their own.
Is the shoulder strap adjustable, and does the bag stay comfortable all day?
The strap is fully adjustable, so you can fit it to your height and carry the bag on your shoulder. At 230 g empty and 30 mm thick, it stays slim and light over a day of travelling.
Is this Rivacase bag new and under warranty?
Yes: the black Rivacase Cardiff 8509 is new in its original packaging, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the 1-year warranty document. It belongs to Rivacase's Cardiff collection, under reference 8509 black.
