1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 331 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra privacy filter work in portrait?
No: the protection applies in landscape mode and does not work in portrait mode. With the tablet held upright, the screen becomes readable from the side again: that is the limitation to know before ordering.
From what angle does the screen darken for the person next to you?
Beyond 30 degrees in landscape mode. Within that angle you read normally; beyond it, the screen goes dark for anyone looking from the side — the typical case being the neighbouring seat on a train or a plane.
Does the filter interfere with the S Pen or unlocking on the Tab S9 Ultra?
It sits between your finger and the panel: recognition of the S Pen, touch, fingerprint and face is affected as a result. To restore optimal detection, the film can be removed from the front.
What are the dimensions of the filter for Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra?
230 x 327 x 7.3 mm for 150 grams, in black. These dimensions are those of the Tab S9 Ultra: the filter for the Tab S9 or the S9+ does not cover the same panel.
How is the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra filter fitted and removed?
By magnetic attachment: instant fitting and removal, with no adhesive or air bubbles. The same magnetic design lets you detach the back cover and replace it with another accessory in the range.
