1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Which tablet is this cover designed for?
It is listed as compatible with the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+, under reference EF-BX620PBEGWW. Check the exact model printed on the back of your tablet before ordering.
What exactly is in the box?
The Smart Book Cover and its user guide, and that is the entire content of the box. It is a protective and support case: it comes with neither a keyboard nor a stylus. Plan for these accessories separately if your use calls for them.
Can it be used in portrait mode, or only in landscape?
Both. The back folds to form a sturdy stand that holds the tablet vertically as well as horizontally: you read or annotate in portrait, then switch to landscape for a video or a video call, without changing accessory or support position.
Is the back cover glued on, or can it be removed?
It detaches: the attachment is magnetic, so you can fit and remove the back cover in one movement, with no tools or adhesive. Handy for changing covers as you wish, and for taking the tablet out of its case in a few seconds.
Do you have to press the button to turn the tablet on every time you open it?
No. The case wakes the tablet as soon as you open it and puts it back to sleep as soon as you close it: no more pressing the power button, and the screen does not stay on at the bottom of a bag.
How much weight and thickness does this case add?
The case measures 220.5 × 301.5 × 11.1 mm and weighs 458 g, in black. It is a substantial accessory, designed for protection and support rather than slimness: worth bearing in mind if you carry the tablet all day.
Is this Smart Book Cover genuine and under warranty?
Yes: it is the original Samsung model EF-BX620PBEGWW, in black (EAN 8806097207900), new and in sealed packaging, supplied with its invoice. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for one year. Inside, you will find the Smart Book Cover and its user guide.
