1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Which tablet is this Samsung privacy screen filter designed for?
For the Galaxy Tab S9+. A privacy filter is cut to the exact size of the panel: the one for the standard Tab S9 or the Tab S9 Ultra will not fit, as the three formats are different.
Up to what angle does the screen remain readable with this filter?
30 degrees. Beyond that, the screen darkens for anyone looking from the side. That is the value that defines a privacy filter: the narrower the angle, the more effective the protection — and the more squarely you have to face the screen to read.
How is the privacy screen filter for Galaxy Tab S9+ fitted?
By magnetic attachment. No adhesive, no air bubbles to smooth out: you bring it close and it falls into place. The same system makes it easy to replace the back cover with another accessory in the range.
Can you remove the privacy filter when you do not need it?
Yes, that is precisely the point of the magnetic attachment: you put it on for a journey or a meeting, and take it off as soon as you want to show the screen to someone or get the original brightness back.
