1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is this keyboard AZERTY or QWERTY?
QWERTY: reference EF-DX930UBEGWW is the QWERTY version of the Book Cover Keyboard Slim, not a French keyboard. Worth checking before ordering if you write in French all day. It is still a real physical keyboard, designed for comfortable, fast typing on the move.
Which tablets does this Book Cover Keyboard Slim attach to?
It is designed for the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra: check the exact model printed on your tablet before ordering. It is then held in place by a magnetic mount, for a clean, simple and stable installation.
How does it attach, and can it be used straight away?
The connection goes through the tablet's POGO connector and it is held in place magnetically: once the Book Cover is attached to your Galaxy Tab, the keyboard can be used immediately.
Can you plug in the charger and use the S Pen without removing the case?
Yes, both. Once the Book Cover Keyboard Slim is attached, the tablet charges normally with its charger and the S Pen remains usable: you switch from typing to handwriting without taking anything apart.
Does the screen turn off by itself when I close the case?
Yes. The case supports automatic screen activation and deactivation: the Galaxy Tab turns off when you close the Book Cover and turns back on when you open it. The flap therefore also acts as a switch, which prevents the screen from turning on accidentally in your bag.
How much does it weigh, and is the whole thing still easy to carry?
The keyboard case weighs 466 g on its own, with dimensions of 210.6 × 326.9 × 13.2 mm: that is what gets added to the weight of the tablet in your bag. It is still designed to be light, slim and easy to carry, and complements the thin profile of the Galaxy Tab without weighing it down.
What exactly is in the box?
The Book Cover Keyboard Slim and its user guide, nothing else: no tablet, no S Pen. The case provides both the protection of a book cover and a built-in keyboard for comfortable typing at any time.
What are the AI key and the keyboard indicator lights for?
The AI key calls up AI assistance with a single press. The LED indicators light up when Caps Lock or Fn is on: you can see your settings at a glance, without leaving your typing position.
Is this Book Cover Keyboard Slim new and under warranty?
Yes: a new Samsung accessory, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year on this reference, EF-DX930UBEGWW. It is indeed the Samsung keyboard case designed for the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra.
